Our Cottages

Mariahoeve Farm is located in peat meadow polder Oudendijk, to the east of the city of Leiden. It is a 100-acre dairy farm, which has been handed down from father to son for many generations. But the activities at our farm are usually our business. Our guests can simply relax and recharge at our country retreat. You can enjoy a holiday at one of our traditional cottages. They are Covid Proof and perfect retreats for both short breaks and longer holidays.
The Polderhuisje The Veenhuisje and The Boerenhuis are set in the meadow. The rustic views from these cottages, across the Oudendijk polder towards the cows in the meadows, will give you a true taste of Holland!

The Boerenhuis

The luxury Boerenhuis (Farmhouse) accommodates up to 7 guests and has a cosy living room with French windows opening onto a good size terrace.

The Polderhuisje

The Polderhuisje (Polder Cottage) is an attractive country cottage built in the traditional Dutch style of days gone by, which accommodates up to six guests and is equipped with all modern conveniences.

The Veenhuisje

The Veenhuisje (Peat Cottage) is a rustic country cottage. This romantic cottage is set right next to the meadow with our cows or sheep, accommodates up to six guests and has a modern interior.
