There are five farms and two windmills in the area, with one windmill being open to the public. 
It is a great idea to go and visit the miller.
The many paths give you plenty of opportunity to go cycling and walking in the area.
The paths are also perfect for getting introduced to other loyal visitors to our area – the meadow birds.
They join the cows and sheep in peat meadow polder Oudendijk during warmer weather.
Cycling or rambling along the Wijde Aa lake and following the Braassemroute,
you can get a good feel of the famous landscape of the Groene Hart (Green Heart) area of Holland.
Of course you can also hire our small motor boat to explore the surroundings.
We have a lot of cycling routes, walking routes and sailing routes with us that can help you on your way for a nice trip.
The nostalgic and peaceful villages are definitely worth a visit.
